The Gift Card is generated and emailed after WISECP marks the purchase invoice as paid. Payment processing time depends on the payment method used.
Yes. Select “No named recipient — send it to me.” The card remains unassigned and its code, PIN and PDF are delivered to the email address on your WISECP account.
No extra tax is added to the Gift Card purchase invoice. A card selected at 50.00 produces a 50.00 invoice and 50.00 of card value. Taxes may apply later to taxable products or services purchased with the card.
Yes. If the card covers the complete invoice and value remains afterwards, the remaining balance can be used on another eligible order.
Yes. Sign in, enter the existing Gift Card code and PIN in the top-up form, and pay the generated invoice. The additional value is credited only after WISECP confirms payment.
No. The card must have enough available balance to cover the full invoice. Split payment between a Gift Card and another payment method is not supported.
Ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder first. If payment is complete and the email is still missing, contact support with the invoice number. Never send the card PIN in a public message.
Treat the Gift Card details like cash. Contact support from the purchasing customer account so ownership and invoice information can be checked securely.
The applicable expiry date is included in the delivery email and shown by the balance checker. The current default is three years unless the administrator has configured a different period.
